i would bring warm socks, a favorite throw blanket or shawl, cozy robe or nightgown you can labor in but also breastfeed in. your favorite water bottle/mug with electrolytes/tea and special snacks. bonus points for tiny travel speaker if you want to labor with music or listen to something special once babe is in your arms and you’re waiting to be discharged. baby can be naked, wrapped in a hospital baby blanket and hat but if it were me i’m picky so i’d bring the specific diaper and outfit i feel most comfortable having them wear. don’t forget phone keys wallet car seat. and a cooler if you plan to bring home your placenta☆彡!
